The bus driver told Rosa Park everyday to sit at the back in a rude way, one day she was tired of what the bus driver said. So Rosa told the bus driver "NO" and would never give up her seat.
Firstly, good on you for having a go at summarising the story of Rosa Parks, I can see that you have understood the weight of the situation! Also what an iconic image! It is so sad to think that people were being punished simply for the colour of their skin and unfortunately it is still happening in our world. Rosa Parks will always be remembered for how brave and inspiring she was in standing up for herself and for all Coloured and Black people.She is actually one of my idols because of how strong and brave she is and unfortunately when these kinds of incidents have happened to me, I remember how she stood up for herself and it helps me stand up for myself.
