Paper Planes l Maths.

Rounding is a strategies in maths, that can help understand addition and division.

Rounding mean to circle the nearest ten, hundreds, thousands, etc.

Round to the nearest ten can help with division, there is down ↓ and up ↑ the down numbers are 1,2,3,4, and the up numbers are 5,6,7,8,9.

Division is when you share to make it equal, for example 4 donuts, the correct answer is 2, because 2 ÷ 1 = 2, and 2 + 2 = 4.

Addition (+), can help with adding numbers, for example 5 + 5 = 10, how I know?, if you put 5 fingers, and add another 5 it is 10!

Rounding is a skill in maths, that can help understand different equations.

LI - to investigate units of time.

  1. Hey Akifa!

I see that you are learning about mean, median, and mode using paper planes. It looks really fun and enjoyable. Keep up the great work! It looks amazing but how long did it take for you to learn how to use mean, median, and mode?

    3. Hola O’Ninesha,

Thanks for the nice feedback!, yes I have learnt a lot with statistics of time, and how mean, median, and mode work. The maths was kinda hard since we had to put detail into the slides.
