QAR

This week for reading we did QaR, the book I was reading was "matariki breakfast", we first readed the book, then we need to make meaning with verbs, adjectives, and nouns, here are all the QaR questions you can ask and close questions, and open questions.

A right there question is a questions that can be found in the text.

Think and search questions are something in the text but you will need to connect the dots, find some clues, etc.

Author and you is a questions where the answer is "NOT" in the text and you will need your knowledge and skills to come up with your own answer.

An on my own is a question where you can ask many different people to answer and they can think about it with there skill and knowledge.

Close questions are questions with no detail, information, etc. You will need to answer with "yes" or no."

Open questions are questions using detail, information specifically, etc. You can answer with lots of reasons, replys, etc.

Later when we are done we need to make a DLO using the topic "summarising the main idea", and keywords, etc.

LI - Summarisin g the main idea
