Adjectives descibe things. There are 3 kinds of adjectives, superlative, absolute, comparative, and superlative.
Absolute adjectives describe something for example, small, short, comfy, weird, etc.
An comparative is a word adding "er" to the end of the word like, uglier, nicer, louder, etc. If the word makes no sense using "er", add "more", for example "more popular".

Superlative is a word that using "est" to the end, like smallest, shortest, meanest, ugliest, etc. If the word makes no sense add "most", for example "most popular".
